In this full-time position, you will lead training initiatives tailored for apprentices and Powerline Technicians, ensuring alignment with industry best practices. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement training plans for technicians
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback
• Coordinate compliance training with safety teams
• Manage recruitment processes for new apprentices
• Liaise with educational institutions for program support
Requirements:
• Recognized trade certification or equivalent experience
• Extensive knowledge of OHSA and training methodologies
• Strong organizational and communication abilities
• Minimum 5 years in a trades training role
• Willingness to travel for recruitment activities
