Engage effectively with families using communication platforms like Dojo for consistent updates on children's progress.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead classroom activities fostering independence and respect

• Implement purposeful Montessori experiences across various domains

• Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment

• Mentor and provide guidance to educators and support staff

• Collaborate on curriculum development reflecting children's needs

Requirements:

• Montessori Certification (MACTE or AMI)

• Registered with the College of Early Childhood Educators

• Minimum 1–2 years in a licensed child care role

• Strong knowledge of child development and communication

• Current First Aid/CPR certification
