Position: Full-Time Teacher for Grade 3/4
Location: Innisfil

Step into a teaching role for Grade 3/4 within the Simcoe County District School Board. You’ll be responsible for class management and pupil evaluation while fostering an inclusive classroom environment.

As a full-time teacher (1.0 FTE), you will focus on effective instruction and supervise classroom activities. This position requires collaboration with the principal and adherence to educational regulations. You'll engage with diverse identities and valued experiences, contributing to a supportive educational community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver effective instruction for Grade 3/4 students

• Evaluate pupil progress and maintain classroom management

• Prepare lesson plans and teaching outlines as requested

• Report on pupil progress to the principal

• Ensure safety procedures are followed in educational activities

Requirements:

• Ontario teaching certification and relevant experience

• Commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion

• Ability to co-operate with the principal and staff

• Willingness to complete mandatory training modules

• Submission of professional references and a Vulnerable Sector Check
