LTO Grade 3​/4 Teacher Position

Take on a full-time LTO role as a Grade 3/4 French Immersion Teacher at Simcoe County District School Board. Engage with students and enhance their learning experiences daily.

Applicants are required to hold qualifications in Grade 3/4 French Immersion and French as a Second Language. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver effective instruction and evaluate student progress

• Manage classroom dynamics and maintain effective learning environments

• Prepare lesson plans as directed by school leadership

• Cooperate with staff in instructional matters

• Participate in parent-teacher meetings and maintain communication

Requirements:

• Certification in Grade 3/4 French Immersion and FSL

• Minimum five years of teaching experience with another board

• Ability to provide professional references

• Pass Vulnerable Sector Check before employment

• Complete mandatory training before the first day
