Position: LTO Grade 3/4 Teacher Role

The Simcoe County District School Board is looking for an LTO teacher for Grade 3/4 classes. In this role, you will ensure effective instruction and evaluation while supporting students' progress. Candidates should have 5 or more years of permanent contract teaching experience and must respond to specific interview questions during the selection process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver effective instruction and classroom management

• Evaluate student progress and report to the principal

• Prepare teaching plans as required by administration

• Maintain safety procedures during educational activities

• Collaborate with parents and staff for consistent practices

Requirements:

• Valid teaching qualifications for Grade 3/4

• Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in a permanent role

• Strong commitment to diversity and inclusion

• Ability to complete mandatory training modules
