Manufacturing Training Supervisor at RTX

Join RTX as a Training Supervisor, spearheading training efforts to enhance workforce skills in Middle Island. Key focus areas include health and safety and manufacturing procedures.

In this role, you will lead training operations in our manufacturing environment. With your expertise in adult education and a background in technical training, you will mentor trainers while ensuring compliance with industry standards and improving training effectiveness across teams. Your input will directly contribute to operational excellence and workforce readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily training schedules and onboarding

• Evaluate and improve training systems for consistency

• Develop and update training materials and resources

• Partner with experts to define skill gaps

• Track qualifications and certifications for compliance

Requirements:

• Education in Adult Education or related field

• Experience in training within a manufacturing setting

• Proven leadership and mentoring skills

• Strong presentation and communication abilities

• Knowledge of LMS and Microsoft Office Suite
