As the Healthcare Education Coordinator, you will oversee student onboarding processes, ensuring that all documentation is current and compliant. You will work with internal departments to develop and maintain training programs, organize orientation sessions, and support users of the Learning Management System.
Your role will enhance educational effectiveness and staff training across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate student placements with educational partners and internal teams
• Ensure compliance with affiliation agreements and documentation
• Deliver orientation and ongoing support for students and staff
• Track education metrics and student placement hours
• Facilitate annual planning for education and training programs
Requirements:
• Certificate in Adult Education or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years' experience in healthcare education coordination
• Excellent Microsoft Office Suite and LMS skills
• Proven experience in developing training programs
• Must have legal work eligibility in Canada
