In this role, you will supervise and enhance the training strategies at RTX, ensuring a well-prepared and skilled workforce. You will engage with diverse teams from Operations to HR for effective onboarding and workforce development. Your background in leading training activities will significantly impact operational readiness and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead health & safety and technical training initiatives
• Provide guidance to trainers for optimal learning
• Monitor and improve training engagement strategies
• Maintain up-to-date training materials and compliance records
• Develop strategies to address operational skill gaps
Requirements:
• Education in Adult Education or a related field
• 3-5 years of training experience in manufacturing
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities
• Proficient in learning management software and Office Suite
• Organizational skills for managing multiple tasks
