As a part of the dynamic YMCA team, you'll offer structured programs in the popular “Stay and Play” initiative.

Your role involves coaching children and youth, maintaining records, and collaborating with staff to ensure a clean, welcoming facility. This instructor position seeks individuals with strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver structured programs for diverse age groups

• Coach and supervise children during activities

• Communicate effectively with participants and caregivers

• Maintain attendance and program records diligently

• Collaborate with team members for facility upkeep

Requirements:

• Strong oral and written communication abilities

• First Aid/CPR Certification ‘C’ required

• Experience in child development or recreational work

• Clear Police Reference Check for vulnerable sectors

• Flexibility to work varied hours based on needs
