Geography and Religion Teacher at SMCDSB

Location: Tottenham

Simcoe Muskoka Catholic District School Board seeks a qualified Geography and Religion teacher on an interim permanent basis. This role is valid for the 2026/2027 school year.

The successful applicant will hold a member in good standing status with the Ontario College of Teachers, along with Intermediate Geography and Religious Education qualifications. Applicants with necessary qualifications will be prioritized. Internal part-time teachers may also be considered before external applicants according to the Collective Agreement.

Requirements:

• Valid certification from the Ontario College of Teachers

• Intermediate and Senior teacher qualifications

• Geography and Religious Education endorsements

• Commitment to promoting Human Rights and Equity

• Experience in fostering inclusive classrooms
