This full-time Associate Dean role in Barrie focuses on providing strategic academic leadership to the Health, Wellness, and Sciences department. You'll utilize evidence-informed practices and high standards to ensure program quality while nurturing a collaborative team culture. With your extensive experience in academic settings, you’ll contribute to developing programs that respond to evolving market needs and promote student success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide strategic academic leadership for health programs
• Champion curriculum review and program evaluation
• Promote innovative teaching and learning practices
• Recruit, mentor, and evaluate faculty and staff
• Oversee resource planning and budget management
Requirements:
• Master's degree;
PhD preferred in a health-related field
• Minimum of five years in academic leadership
• Experience in teaching and curriculum development
• Knowledge of quality assurance and accreditation processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
