Position: Empower Simcoe Early Learning Facilitator Role
Become an Early Learning Facilitator at Empower Simcoe, enhancing programs for children 0-6 and their families. This contract role operates five days a week, offering meaningful engagement opportunities.

You will lead the daily functions of EarlyON programs and contribute to the Ontario Autism initiatives. Through a collaborative approach, you'll develop targeted programming that reflects current pedagogical practices while conducting workshops for parents. Your skills in child development will support families in navigating various challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design programs with play-based learning at their core

• Promote well-being and inclusion for all families

• Facilitate developmental activities and growth opportunities

• Encourage independence in children's routines

• Partner with families to enhance parenting strategies

Requirements:

• Early Childhood Education diploma or recognized equivalent

• Active membership with the College of Early Childhood Educators

• Over two years of experience in early childhood settings

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

• Must have a Class G driver's License and reliable transportation
