Position: Associate Dean for Academic Excellence
Drive program innovation and student success as Associate Dean at Georgian College, leading health programs from Barrie in a hybrid model. Engage with community partners to enhance learning opportunities and academic rigor.

As a full-time Associate Dean in the Health, Wellness, and Sciences department, you will provide crucial academic leadership. This role emphasizes the importance of evidence-based program enhancements aligned with market trends. Your leadership will foster a collaborative and inclusive environment that prioritizes student outcomes and staff development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the execution of the academic operational plan

• Ensure compliance with quality assurance standards

• Integrate applied research into the curriculum

• Foster faculty and student engagement in scholarship

• Establish partnerships with industry and community organizations

Requirements:

• Master’s degree;
PhD is preferred

• Over five years of leadership in academic settings

• Proven track record in program development

• Strong organizational and analytical skills

• Ability to manage complex relationships diplomatically
