In this full time position, you will manage the apprenticeship process, from recruitment to performance reviews.
Your expertise will guide training initiatives, coordinate schedules, and address compliance issues. You'll work closely with management teams to ensure a solid educational framework for apprentices, ultimately contributing to Alectra's operational success.

Key Responsibilities   Coordinate training plans with teams and external providers
Conduct performance reviews and assessments
Organize recruitment for apprentices and students
Facilitate communication between apprentices and mentors
Oversee development of training facilities and technologies
Requirements   Relevant technical education and trade qualifications
Minimum five years in training roles within trades
Skills in conflict resolution and cooperative work
Knowledge of health and safety regulations
Class G driver’s license
