Position: Geography and Science Teacher LTO Role
Apply for a long-term occasional teaching position in Geography and Science with the Simcoe Muskoka Catholic District School Board. This role requires Intermediate and Senior qualifications, emphasizing Geography and Science teachings.

This LTO position is designed for qualified educators who are members in good standing with the Ontario College of Teachers. Candidates must possess both Intermediate and Senior basic qualifications, along with specific qualifications in Geography and Science. Preference is given to those with all required skills, but partial qualifications may be considered if necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Intermediate/Senior Geography curriculum

• Instruct Intermediate/Senior Science-General courses

• Collaborate with colleagues and participate in staff meetings

• Develop lesson plans tailored to students' needs

• Maintain student progress records and assessments

Requirements:

• Active member of the Ontario College of Teachers

• Intermediate and Senior basic qualifications required

• Must have necessary Geography and Science qualifications

• Prior experience in teaching is an asset

• Availability for the full contract duration
