Position: Special Needs Educational Assistant Role
Empower students with disabilities as a Special Needs Educational Assistant. Provide vital academic, physical, and emotional support while fostering independence and unique talents.

In this impactful role, you'll support students facing physical and intellectual disabilities, as well as behavioral or learning challenges. Your responsibilities will include working closely with students to build their independence and help them tap into their individual strengths. A collaborative spirit and strong interpersonal skills are essential, with two years of experience with Special Needs students preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide academic support tailored to individual student needs

• Encourage independence among students with different abilities

• Offer emotional and physical assistance during school activities

• Collaborate with a dedicated team to enhance student learning

• Facilitate the development of unique talents and skills

Requirements:

• College Diploma or University Degree in a relevant field

• Two years of experience working with Special Needs students

• Strong interpersonal skills with children and adolescents

• Relevant training in crisis intervention or conflict resolution

• Successful Criminal Background Check required
