Safety Trainer

Position: Safety Trainer at Sunbelt Rentals
Empower safety standards as a Safety Trainer with Sunbelt Rentals. Conduct equipment operator and safety training through virtual and in-person modalities, fostering a culture of safe practices and compliance.

In this role, you will deliver essential safety training for both customers and employees, ensuring compliance with industry regulations. With a focus on interaction and engagement, you will learn adult training methods and maintain certifications. Your expertise will directly contribute to optimizing training productivity while supporting sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct equipment operator certification and safety training sessions

• Publish class schedules on the training platform

• Provide private training classes at customer sites

• Maintain records and issue wallet cards post-training

• Assist in creating marketing materials for training services

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Minimum 5 years of related work experience

• Heavy equipment experience and certification required

• Knowledge of adult learning methods

• Willingness to travel (up to 15%)
