Position: Educational Assistant for Special Needs

As a crucial part of the school team, you will work with students experiencing physical and intellectual disabilities as well as severe behavioral challenges. Your goal is to empower these students, helping them gain independence and realize their unique potential. Candidates should have at least two years of experience and a background in relevant educational training.

• Assist in delivering personalized academic support

• Provide emotional and physical support during school hours

Requirements:

• College Diploma or a University Degree in a relevant area

• Two years of experience with Special Needs students

• Exceptional interpersonal abilities with youth

• Relevant crisis intervention training

• Background Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening required
