Safety Trainer

Position: Safety Trainer at Sunbelt Rentals
Become a Safety Trainer with Sunbelt Rentals and drive exceptional safety awareness across job sites. Deliver training for operators and safety standards in both virtual and instructor-led formats.

This role involves conducting equipment operator certification and general safety training for customers and employees. As a primary trainer, you'll maintain certifications, plan training schedules, and ensure timely documentation. This position demands strong knowledge of adult learning methods and the ability to mentor others in safety practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct safety training for customers and employees

• Publish training class schedules quarterly

• Provide on-site and virtual training sessions

• Maintain and issue certification records promptly

• Coach Certified Evaluators in practical evaluations

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years' related work experience

• Heavy equipment experience and certification

• Knowledge of industry safety standards

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

• Willingness to travel for training purposes
