This exciting Assistant Teacher Float role involves working across various locations in the Barrie area. Ideal candidates will be passionate about nurturing children's development, providing personal care, and facilitating inclusive play-based learning experiences. You will maintain professional communication with families and staff, adhering to a dynamic schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care, including toileting and medication administration

• Engage actively with up to 15 children in group settings

• Plan and implement YMCA Curriculum activities

• Communicate positively with families and team members

• Support children with exceptional behaviors and needs

Requirements:

• Minimum 18 years of age

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Current First Aid and CPR certification

• Availability Monday to Friday, 30-40 hours per week

• Passion for child-centered learning and development
