Safety Trainer at Sunbelt Rentals

Enhance safety knowledge as a Safety Trainer at Sunbelt Rentals, providing equipment operator certification and general safety training to customers. Engage clients through Instructor Led and Virtual Training.

In this role, you'll conduct training sessions tailored for customers and employees while maintaining comprehensive training records. You will also publish a rolling calendar of public classes, provide private sessions, and deliver Train the Trainer courses. Your contributions support the growth of the Safety Training business with a focus on customer solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct equipment operator and general safety training

• Publish training schedules on a 3-month rolling basis

• Provide private classes at branch locations or customer sites

• Maintain training records in company systems

• Coach Certified Evaluators on practical evaluations

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience

• Heavy equipment experience and certification

• Proficient in MS Office applications

• Bilingual in French is a valuable asset
