TEMPORARY EDUCATIONAL ASSISTANT POSITIONAn Educational Assistant is responsible to the school Principal to provide medical, physical and safety/supervision support to students with intensive special education needs in elementary and secondary schools.
Eligibility:To be eligible, applicants must hold a secondary school diploma plus completion of a post-secondary education program in one of the following:
- Education Support Worker
- Educational Assistant Certificate
- Early Childhood Educator
- Social Service Worker
- Developmental Services Worker
- Child and Youth Worker
- Educational Assistant Apprenticeship Program
- or equivalent education and/or experience
One (1) temporary part-time (0.20 FTE) Educational Assistant required.
Scheduling is Wednesday.
Commencing as soon as possible and ending June 23, 2027 or earlier if circumstances change or incumbent returns.

Where positions are in schools with elementary and secondary panels scheduling may reflect work in either panel
