As a Senior Training Supervisor, you will lead training programs focused on key manufacturing processes, compliance, and safety trainings. With 3-5 years of relevant experience, you will evaluate, coordinate, and enhance training delivery across various technical disciplines. Collaborating with department leaders, you will foster workforce development and readiness for production demands.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead training operations and improve delivery effectiveness
• Supervise onboarding and day-to-day training activities
• Maintain training documentation and compliance standards
• Develop and enhance training resources and programs
• Collaborate to identify and address skill gaps
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in training or development
• Strong facilitation and communication skills
• Proficiency with learning management systems
• Excellent leadership and time management skills
