Safety Trainer

This role entails conducting comprehensive safety training and equipment operator certifications for clients and staff. You will publish training schedules, provide tailored classes, and ensure documentation is systematically maintained. Collaboration with marketing teams to promote safety training will also be key.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and conduct safety and certification training sessions

• Publish and manage class schedules on a quarterly basis

• Provide training at various locations as needed

• Maintain updated training records and certifications

• Coach Certified Evaluators on practical assessment techniques

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years in relevant safety roles

• Experience with heavy equipment certification

• Familiarity with adult learning techniques

• Strong computer skills, particularly with MS Office

• Physical ability to meet job demands with full compliance
