Enhance student learning as an Educational Assistant with Simcoe County District School Board. This full-time role focuses on behavior management and supporting students in various educational settings.

Working full-time, you will provide crucial support for students' academic and life skills. A relevant degree or diploma in human services is required along with BMS training.

Your role will involve collaboration with the educational team to ensure a supportive environment for students from kindergarten through intermediate grades.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support students' academic, social, and behavioral needs

• Assist with personal care and mobility requirements

• Rotate through multiple classrooms as needed

Requirements:

• Relevant degree/diploma in human services required

• BMS training, excellent communication skills

• Interpersonal and organizational abilities critical

• Experience with assistive technology desired

• Knowledge of ASD management techniques
