Upper Canada Child Care is seeking dedicated educators for various school locations in Barrie. This full-time supply position requires availability for split shifts in before and after-school programs. Qualified candidates will engage children in a nurturing environment and uphold curriculum standards while fostering developmental skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Apply legislative and educational standards for program compliance
• Engage with children and provide essential care
• Participate in training sessions and professional development
• Complete administrative tasks and program documentation
• Communicate effectively with parents and staff
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education
• Recent Police Vulnerable Sector Check
• Up-to-date registration with the College of ECEs
• CPR-C and Standard First Aid certification
• Experience with play-based program design
