Position: Supply Early Childhood Educator Opportunity

Make a difference at Trillium Lakelands District School Board as a Supply Designated Early Childhood Educator in the Muskoka area. Work collaboratively with classroom teachers to nurture young learners.

Candidates must have a Diploma in Early Childhood Education along with six months of relevant experience. This role is focused on implementing a full-day learning program, supporting children's developmental milestones. Work under the Principal’s supervision to create an enriching educational atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with teachers to plan early childhood learning programs

• Supervise and support children in a classroom setting

• Design engaging and age-appropriate learning activities

• Communicate sensitive information with families

• Adhere to educational guidelines and procedures

Requirements:

• Early Childhood Education diploma required

• Registered with the College of Early Childhood Educators

• Six months of childcare experience needed

• Strong time management and organizational skills

• Must be able to physically assist children when required
