Location: Gravenhurst
Use your violin teaching experience at Long & McQuade in Gravenhurst, Ontario, serving learners through contract-based instruction.
This contract Violin Instructor teaches at a Long & McQuade on-site Lesson Centre. The work may involve private or group lesson situations using standard teaching methods and curriculum. Applicants must teach students of all ages and demonstrate musical training, RCM standing, or professional equivalency.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide violin instruction at the Gravenhurst store
Teach students across all age groups
Use standard methods for private lesson instruction
Follow established curriculum for group lessons
Perform teaching services as an independent contractor
Requirements:
Previous experience teaching students of all ages
Recognized university or college music degree or diploma
Grade 8 RCM standing and Grade 2 Rudiments
Professional equivalency may satisfy musical qualifications
Availability on weekdays, weeknights, and weekends
