Classroom Support applicants assist teachers, educational support personnel, and early childhood educators during the school year. The work includes following classroom instructions, maintaining safety, and supporting student care. Successful applicants can indicate preferred schools among all locations.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist teachers and classroom support personnel
- Support early childhood educators in classrooms
- Follow lesson plans and staff instructions
- Help maintain safe, caring learning environments
- Provide supervision assigned by administrators
- Grade 12 Diploma or equivalent
- Post secondary education in a related field
- Classroom or similar environment experience
- Ability to perform physical tasks and personal care
- Calm, non confrontational approach under pressure
