As an Assistant Project Coordinator, you will support Project Managers & Superintendents in delivering exciting civil projects. Your focus will be to maintain contract documentation, support estimating, and assist with the preparation of budgets and schedules. We work on various contract types—Design Build, Plan and Spec, and Construction Management—and you will gain experience on all of them. Please note a vehicle is required to visit project sites, as they are not easily accessible by public transit.
Responsibilities- Update and maintain purchase order logs, shop drawing and submittal logs, and plan logs.
- Gain an understanding of how to select suppliers and sub‑trades and obtain quotations.
- Assist with and/or clarify scope of work with sub‑trades and suppliers.
- Ensure continuous focus on site safety in accordance with regulatory requirements and our Corporate Health and Safety Policy.
- Attend site meetings and assist in completing project deficiencies.
- Track and inventory supplies to ensure they arrive on schedule.
- Full‑time student enrolled in a related post‑secondary program (e.g., Architectural Technology, Construction Management, or Civil Engineering).
- Or recent graduate from a related program who completed studies in 2026.
- Experience with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Excel is an asset.

$21–$26 per hour (depending on previous experience)
