We are seeking a hands‑on Test Technician with experience in commercial refrigeration equipment to join our innovative team.

In this role, you will play a critical part in the development of new refrigeration systems, building and evaluating prototypes, contributing to design improvements, and ensuring quality standards are met.

• Collaborate with the Engineering team to review and contribute to initial design concepts
• Build, evaluate, and troubleshoot new equipment prototypes
• Provide feedback to Design Engineers during prototype construction and testing
• Recommend and specify appropriate tools, equipment, and resources for testing
• Advise on and improve end‑of‑line testing procedures to increase quality and throughput
• Prepare detailed test reports while ensuring compliance with all applicable certification standards

• 5+ years building, troubleshooting, or testing mechanical, electrical, or control systems
• 5+ years experience with refrigerant‑charged equipment
• Experience with natural and/or A2L refrigerants is an asset
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering Degree (preferred)
• Refrigeration or Mechanical Technology Diploma
• 313A or 313D Refrigeration License

• Competitive day shift pay: $45–$52/hr
