We have an immediate need for a Capture Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating capture activities from RFQ receipt through internal approval and submission, ensuring opportunities are well-organized, properly documented, and executed on schedule. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, collaborate with experienced technical and business leaders, and play a key role in shaping proposals and capture strategies that support Raytheon ELCAN’s growth.
What You Will Do:
Collaborate with external Business Development personnel and internal cross-functional stakeholders to develop strategic capture plans and competitive proposals.Maintain continuity of customer relationships throughout all capture phases, ensuring a seamless transition from pursuit through contract award.Lead cost modeling activities, including analysis of supplier cost breakdowns, make/buy assessments, and submissions to Supply Chain, Program Management, and ELCAN Leadership.Drive capture teams to develop cost-effective solutions that align with Price-to-Win strategies and internal cost targets.Guide the development of differentiated, customer-focused solutions through detailed analysis of customer needs, key performance parameters, hot buttons, and competitive positioning.Lead Capture Team Reviews with senior leadership during critical phases of the quotation and approval process.Drive rigorous Risk and Opportunity (R&O) analyses using Raytheon ELCAN’s lessons learned and risk management tools, ensuring capture plans and gate packages appropriately address proposal risk profiles.Ensure all customer contractual and Global Trade Compliance (GTC) requirements are reviewed and addressed during the capture process.Perform additional duties as required to support overall business development objectives.What You Will Learn:

structured risk and opportunity management tools to inform leadership decision-making during capture gate reviews.Deep exposure to customer contracting requirements, proposal compliance, and internal governance processes.Qualifications You Must Have:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Management.5–10 years of experience across the full program/project lifecycle, from customer identification and bid development through delivery and retirement.Demonstrated ability to shape and produce competitive bids for global target markets.Proven leadership and collaboration skills, with experience motivating…
