In this pivotal role, you will oversee land and infrastructure development projects across Eastern Ontario. With a degree in engineering and 5-7 years of experience, you will demonstrate expertise in detailed design and municipal approvals. Your ability to manage scope, budget, and stakeholder engagement will drive project success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead coordination of land development projects
• Deliver successful site development initiatives
• Control budgets and schedules for projects
• Navigate municipal and provincial approvals
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings as required
Requirements:
• Degree in engineering with P. Eng or C.E.T. license
• 5-7 years relevant engineering experience
• Knowledge of stormwater and site servicing designs
• AutoCAD experience, Civil 3D knowledge is a plus
• Proven communication and report writing skills
