Position: Quantity Surveyor for Highway Projects
Location: Dundalk

Seeking a proficient Quantity Surveyor to oversee highways projects for a top contractor. Manage project costs, contracts, and strategic value enhancements from start to finish.

As a Quantity Surveyor in this role, you will handle cost planning, risk management, and procurement analysis throughout the project lifecycle. Your insights will support Project QS and Assistant QS while assisting in contract administration and timely payments. Excellent management and communication skills are essential for successful collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead cost management and contract administration tasks

• Provide advice for procurement and tender analysis

• Assess interim valuations and additional cost claims

• Ensure effective communication with Project QS and Assistant QS

• Guide teams on commercial and contractual matters

Requirements:

• Recognized qualification in Quantity Surveying

• Experienced with NEC3 contracts and procedures

• Strong organizational and deadline management skills

• Proficient in IT applications, including bespoke packages

• Team-oriented, adaptable, and self-motivated
