We are seeking a full-time Geotechnical Engineer to contribute to projects in Barrie, Ontario. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of post-graduate experience, showcasing expertise in geotechnical design for various structures. Key skills include proficiency in geotechnical software, excellent communication, and the ability to conduct thorough field investigations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate geotechnical programs across multiple infrastructure projects

• Design shallow and deep foundations and retaining structures

• Manage budgets, proposals, and project schedules

• Mentor junior engineering staff

• Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols
Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years’ experience in geotechnical engineering

• Bachelor’s degree in Geotechnical or relevant engineering

• Proficient in software like Slope/W and FLAC

• Licensed Professional Engineer in Canada

• Strong organizational and communication skills
