Location: alliston
Drive innovative automation projects at Baxter as a Process Automation Engineer. This position focuses on designing, constructing, and upgrading automation solutions to enhance healthcare delivery.
As a Process Automation Engineer, you will support site automation design and execution, ensuring projects meet deadlines and business objectives. You’ll manage assigned automation projects while providing technical support for existing solutions. Your tasks will involve developing programming skills for robotics and PLC systems, as well as using design software like AutoCAD and Solid Works.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and upgrade automation solutions at the site
• Execute and manage automation projects effectively
• Provide technical support for existing automation solutions
• Develop programming solutions for assigned projects
• Analyze site processes for design and implementation improvements
Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Mechatronics, Electrical)
• 3–5 years of automation engineering experience
• Proficient in Allen-Bradley PLC programming
• Experience with Fanuc/Motoman robotic programming
• Knowledge of validation in pharmaceutical manufacturing
