Senior Validation Technician - Electric Hearth

You will work on-site in Barrie, overseeing validation protocols according to industry standards.

Your role involves extensive collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements in product designs and manufacturing processes. Your technical acumen will ensure that all products are reliable and efficient for consumers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct and assess performance and safety tests

• Review and validate technical specifications and documentation

• Collaborate with R&D and QA on product enhancements

• Train and guide junior team members in testing procedures

• Maintain organized data records and reporting
Requirements:

• Post-secondary diploma in Engineering Technology or related field

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in HVAC or product validation

• Certification in G3 or similar gas safety qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with Microsoft Excel

• Familiarity with CAD software like Solid Works is an asset
