Raytheon ELCAN is seeking an Industrial Engineer to enhance our Engineering Team. In this role, you will utilize your expertise in process mapping, factory layouts, and lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency and on-time delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to strategic planning involving automation and technology integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate on process improvement and value-stream mapping

• Develop production models using CAD and flow diagrams

• Analyze data to identify operational issues

• Partner with teams to optimize factory layout

• Lead FMEA reviews and ROI evaluations
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering

• Over 3 years in a manufacturing environment

• Pursuing P.Eng license or equivalent

• Familiarity with Lean and Six Sigma principles

• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
