Key Responsibilities:

• Review and create preventative maintenance schedules

• Conduct site meetings during contract administration

• Assist in creating tender documents and obtaining quotes

• Evaluate building materials and construction methods

• Maintain effective relationships with project stakeholders

Requirements:

• Current enrollment in accredited Engineering program

• Strong knowledge of construction techniques and materials

• Ability to read construction drawings

• Valid G Class Driver's License required

• Must provide recent criminal reference check
