Position: Senior Engineer for Transportation Systems
Lead the future of transportation engineering as a Senior Engineer at RVA in Ontario. This role focuses on creating effective designs for roadway lighting and traffic signal systems.
RVA is seeking a skilled Senior Project Engineer specializing in transportation infrastructure design. Located in Barrie, Toronto, or Halton, you’ll collaborate closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams while guiding project phases from concept to completion. Your expertise will be critical to ensure compliance and technical leadership in all project aspects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage relationships with clients for successful project outcomes

• Oversee electrical design and specification development

• Provide engineering services for large transportation projects

• Review detailed design plans for quality control

• Conduct site visits for evaluations and support
Requirements:

• Degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering necessary

• Minimum 10 years' relevant experience in a consulting firm

• Familiarity with TAC, ESA, and AODA standards

• Proficient in AGi
32 and AutoCAD design tools

• Valid Ontario Class G Driver’s Licence essential
