Quality Engineer Napoleon Group

Position: Quality Engineer with Napoleon Group
Drive quality improvements with Napoleon Group as a Quality Engineer. Focus on product launches and continuous improvement processes while interacting with multiple teams across North America.

As a Quality Engineer, you will proactively reduce process variation and monitor quality within the manufacturing environment. This role demands close collaboration with product development, production supervisors, and project management. You’ll apply quality methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma to ensure the highest standards for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee New Product Launches (Stage Gate) processes

• Conduct capability studies and apply statistical process control

• Drive corrective actions for customer-related issues

• Develop quality line testing to meet compliance

• Analyze lab inspections for product compliance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or 5+ years of experience

• Proficient in various quality methodologies such as 8D and FMEA

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel

• Fluent English skills;
Mandarin or Spanish is a plus
