We are in search of a Senior Reliability Engineer with over 10 years of experience specifically in product reliability for medical device development. This position involves designing reliability requirements, leading risk assessments, and analyzing life data models like Weibull. Collaborate with R&D, QA, and manufacturing teams to ensure adherence to regulatory standards while delivering robust solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop reliability requirements and test strategies for IVD devices
• Lead DFMEA and PFMEA assessments effectively
• Design and carry out HALT, HASS, and ALT testing programs
• Perform life data analysis using Weibull models
• Prepare detailed technical reports for stakeholders
Requirements:
• 10+ years in reliability engineering, specifically in Med Tech
• Expertise in DFMEA, HALT, HASS, and ALT methodologies
• Proficient with Minitab and JMP software tools
• Familiarity with Python or MATLAB for data analysis
• Strong knowledge of ISO and FDA regulatory standards
