In this role, you'll assist the Environmental Due Diligence team at Pinchin, focusing on technical assessments for property transactions and regulatory compliance. Your work will contribute to a range of environmental projects across Ontario while collaborating with experienced Project Managers and engineers. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates passionate about building safer, healthier environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments
• Conduct field work related to Excess Soil planning
• Assist in compliance with Record of Site Condition requirements
• Perform sampling and inspections for various environmental factors
• Collaborate with subcontractors and clients
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related
• 0-2 years of relevant experience in a technical role
• Familiarity with Ontario Regulations related to environmental safety
• Excellent attention to detail in documentation
• Flexibility for occasional travel across Ontario
