In this senior role, you will oversee structural integrity and design, collaborating closely with architects and designers to ensure seamless integration of structural elements. With over 10 years of experience required, you will manage project timelines, budgets, and compliance with regulations, all while fostering leadership and mentorship within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead structural system designs for residential and commercial projects
• Collaborate with design teams for aesthetic and functional integration
• Manage project budgets and ensure timely delivery
• Conduct thorough analysis and reviews of structural systems
• Interface with clients to resolve structural-related concerns
Requirements:
• 10+ years in structural engineering, especially in residential projects
• Bachelor’s in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s preferred)
• Licensed Professional Engineer or equivalent
• Familiarity with Revit is an asset
• Strong knowledge of sustainable building practices
