Joining the Assembly and Test Department at Raytheon ELCAN, you will play a vital role in setting up and refining assembly and test processes. Your responsibilities include interpreting technical documents, conducting optical system tests, and creating thorough documentation while promoting continuous improvement in assembly operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze technical data packages for optical assemblies

• Perform system testing, including MTF and transmission

• Estimate costs based on specifications and engineering efforts

• Develop fixtures and tools for product assembly

• Train operators and produce assembly documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant engineering field

• 3+ years in a similar technical role

• Strong skills in MS Office and technical writing

• Highly adaptable and innovative mind

• Proficient in root cause analysis and problem-solving
