Lead enhancements in manufacturing as a Senior Engineering Specialist. Develop and refine processes while ensuring quality and productivity in the automotive sector through innovative strategies.
In this role, you'll be pivotal in supporting product development and equipment efficiency improvements. A background of 3-5 years will empower you to initiate process change notifications and conduct essential feasibility studies. This position emphasizes a continuous improvement mindset and collaboration with various teams to optimize operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop processes for new business and product lines

• Utilize root-cause analysis for quality and efficiency

• Prepare and present capital project proposals

• Maintain current records, including process flows and inspections

• Initiate and document process change notifications
Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of relevant industry experience desired

• Completion of a Mechanical or Industrial Engineering program

• C-Level experience not necessary; B and A level pertinent

• Strong communication and facilitation skills required

• Focus on quality, safety, and environmental impact
