Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with teams to drive process improvements

• Develop and analyze production area models

• Identify issues using operational and performance metrics

• Partner with teams for capacity and factory optimization

• Lead assessments such as FMEA and ROI evaluations
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering

• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing context

• Working towards a P.Eng license

• Understanding of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies

• Strong teamwork and leadership capabilities
