In this full-time role, you will handle electrical system design on diverse transportation projects, ensuring that all specifications and regional regulations are meticulously met. Your expertise in preparing cost estimates and drawings will be critical during all project phases, supporting technical needs from proposals to final inspections. Collaboration with internal teams and clients is essential to achieve desired outcomes and maintain quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide engineering services for roadway lighting and signals
• Prepare construction drawing and cost estimates
• Conduct lighting analysis and support documentation prep
• Review shop drawings and coordinate utility logistics
• Conduct field visits for site assessments and inspections
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience
• Proficient in design software (AGi
32, AutoCAD)
• Knowledge of Ontario municipal project requirements
• Valid Ontario Class G Driver’s License needed
