Position: NAC Intermediate HSE Advisor Role
Location: innisfil

Become a key player in safety at NAC Constructors as an Intermediate HSE Advisor for the Lakeshore Waste Water Treatment project in Innisfil, Ontario. Lead initiatives that ensure a secure work environment through diligent HSE management.
Reporting to the HSE Director, your role will focus on guiding project teams in HSE standards and executing effective strategies for safety improvement. Your responsibilities include leading inspections, conducting training sessions, and managing HSE communications. You'll play an integral role in identifying hazards and ensuring that all safety regulations are met throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as main HSE advisor for the project team

• Facilitate hazard assessments and implement safety controls

• Coordinate HSE inspections and incident investigations

• Manage reporting of HSE performance indicators

• Conduct comprehensive HSE training for project staff
Requirements:

• College diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, NSCO, etc.

• Minimum 4-8 years in industrial project management

• Capable of interpreting safety legislation

• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills

• Valid safety training certificates are required
