Senior Analyst, Quality Engineering
We have an immediate need for a Senior Analyst, Quality Engineering to join our Quality Assurance. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring that projects and process control documents are compliant with customer requirements. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with skilled professionals, leverage advanced technologies, and contribute to the success of Raytheon ELCAN.

- Works cross-functionally across the organization to develop, modify and maintain quality evaluation, control systems and protocols
- Work with designs and specifications, devise testing plans, methods and equipment to assure reliability of product
- Conduct First Article inspections (FAI’s) in accordance with AS9102 guidelines.
- Review customer purchase orders for quality requirements and planning.
- Review drawings and specifications for dimensional accuracy and testing requirements.
- Identify and manage risk in product development using tools such as Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) core elements, Failure Mode & Effects Analysis (FMEA), Measurement System Analysis (MSA), Process flows, Control Plans, etc…
- Review and disposition engineering changes.
- Participate in the material review process for nonconforming product.
- Facilitate root cause & corrective action (RCCA) activities using corrective action tools such as fishbone and 5 why.
- Review data from manufacturing outputs and analyze using SPC principles.
- Be the Voice of the Customer on all quality related issues.
- Review data and facilitate continuous improvement activities such as cost of quality reductions.
- A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field.
- Strong understanding in identifying and managing risk in product development using tools such as Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) core elements, Failure Mode & Effects Analysis (FMEA), Measurement System Analysis (MSA), Process flows, Control Plans, etc…
- Experienced in root cause & corrective action (RCCA) activities using corrective action tools such as fishbone and 5 why.
- Ability to review data and facilitate continuous improvement activities such as cost of quality reductions.
- Proficient with MS office software (especially Excel)
- Proven ability to solve technical problems and make sound decisions
- Highly motivated with a demonstrated positive attitude
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills to work with cross-functional teams
- ASQ Certified Quality Engineer

The salary range for this role is 65,000 CAD - 107,800 CAD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
